Previously named Prudential Kelowna Properties we have always been a boutique brokerage. Built with principles and ethics all of the agents within the brokerage work together like a tight little family.

Under new management, Sutton-Hymark Realty is now owned and operated by Kim Davies. Not only is Kim a wonderful broker but she also has a very supportive team behind her, inclusive of our conveyance/accounting manager, Kristi Murphy.

With this team, a property management portfolio runs smoothly for all of our property owners.

Ariane Stevenson

Ariane Stevenson has been a licensed Property Manager since 2009 with Sutton-Hymark Realty, previously named Prudential Kelowna Properties. Sutton-Hymark Realty has been Ariane's brokerage since the moment she has been licensed. Recruited by the previous broker, Ariane had a portfolio of vacation rentals.

Property Management being one of Ariane's passions, she has an eye for investing and turning properties in distress to profitable properties. Utilizing her skills she can bring together all of the necessary information for the property owner to make decisions based on full knowledge being observed from every angle.

Because Ariane has over 16 years of experience in the property management world there is not much ground left untouched when it comes to getting all the ducks in a row.

Kim Davies

There are two things that great leaders need to have. Empathy and perspective. I think these things are so often forgotten in most companies.
Leaders are so often concerned about there status or their position in an
organization that they forget their real job. The real job of a leader is
not about being "in charge", it's about taking care of those "in their
charge".
I pride myself on creating an environment that is open and inclusive and I
truly care for those in my charge.
I've also learned that in order to get what you want, you must help others
get what they want. By helping my agents succeed I am able to ensure my
success.

Kristi Murphy

Kristi Murphy has been with Sutton-Hymark Realty for 8 years. She started as front desk-reception and worked her way up to Conveyancing. Some of the duties that she performs for property management is collecting rents, paying bills to vendors, generating management fees, processing owner payments, sending out monthly and year end statements to all of our property owners. Some of the other things she likes to do in her spare time is reading, going for walks with her dog, biking, camping, and taking some time to just sit relax and take in the beautiful Okanagan Valley.
