Ariane Stevenson
Ariane Stevenson has been a Licensed Property Manager since 2009 with Sutton-Hymark Realty, previously named Prudential Kelowna Properties. Ariane decided to make a change, November 2025, to hop on with the boutique brokerage Bishops Realty Inc. where she could keep managing her portfolio with white gloves and have one on one personal service to clients and tenants keeping the human connection. Recruited by the previous broker, Ariane had a portfolio of vacation rentals since 2005.
Property Management being one of Ariane's passions, she has an eye for investing and turning properties in distress to profitable properties. Utilizing her skills she can bring together all of the necessary information for the property owner to make decisions based on full knowledge being observed from every angle.
Because Ariane has over 17 years of experience in the property management world there is not much ground left untouched when it comes to getting all the ducks in a row.
